-Added completely randomized levels, so all obstacles within the obstacle course will be randomly placed and generated each time a player completes a level or starts uses the restart game button. 

-Fixed an issue where the top of the screen was cut off for 4K monitors. The game should properly scale with all screen sizes now. 

-Completely cleaned up the HUD (this will be altered in the future as this is a WIP).

-Adjusted the collider box for the player object so that the player can have near misses. After test this feels like a good modification. 

-Added visual q for the speedometer (this is mostly for fun).
